Areas of Practice
Mr. Mullins has experience counseling clients in a wide variety of matters related to state and federal procurement law. His experience includes both state and federal bid protest litigation, including before the Governmental Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, size protests before the Small Business Administration, prime contractor-subcontractor disputes, internal investigations, and counseling clients regarding domestic and international business transactions involving the acquisition of government contractors and data rights.
