Dennis Frazier is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Commercial Litigation Group, with a focus on litigating real property and commercial contract claims.
Dennis has a background as a former small business owner, specifically in the health and wellness industry where he was awarded Franchisee of the Year. Dennis’s background as a small business owner provides him with a unique perspective on the clients’ potential issues and concerns. In particular, his business experience gave Dennis a strong background in Franchise, Landlord-Tenant and Insurance law. Simply put, Dennis understands the entrepreneur’s desire to make rent, pay staff, and expand a business while achieving a profit.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Dennis worked at a regional law firm splitting his practice between Environmental, Municipal & Government, and Commercial Litigation practices. Dennis also worked for the Federal Government as a Contracting Officer, first with the Department of Defense, and later with the United States Attorney’s Office where he negotiated contracts for expert witnesses and litigation consultant services.
In addition to his law degree, Dennis has graduate degrees in business (from Rutgers University) and political science (from Villanova University).
