She advises clients on state-wide and national compliance strategies to assess and mitigate risk, and regularly presents to companies’ senior leadership, product engineers and compliance teams.
Deepi also defends consumer product companies against claims brought under California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), Unfair Competition Law (UCL), and False Advertising Law (FAL). Her litigation practice also includes consumer class actions, commercial/business tort issues, professional liability claims, and bankruptcy estate disputes. She represents clients in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, as well as in mediation, arbitration and multidistrict litigation.
Throughout the pandemic, Deepi has worked with multiple clients to understand the ever-shifting requirements under California and local county public health orders, particularly as they relate to mega events.
