David Reid is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Department, resident in the Newark office. He represents and counsels management in a broad range of employment litigation issues, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, whistleblower, breach of contract, and wage and hour. He also counsels clients on labor-management relations matters, including equal opportunity and wage and hour compliance, employment applications and agreements, discipline and terminations.
