David Palko is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. Prior to joining Womble Bond Dickinson, David completed two federal appellate clerkships, where he had the opportunity to research and advise on many high-profile cases. David also served on active duty in the US Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. During this time, he provided free legal services to active and retired military members as a Legal Assistance attorney, represented victims of sexual assault as a Special Victim Counsel, and prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors occurring on military installations as a Special Assistant US Attorney. One of David’s notable accomplishments while on active duty was authoring a research memorandum that brought about an Army-wide change in retirement policy.
