David maintains an active pro bono practice. His pro bono matters include defending a nonprofit school in a state court commercial litigation and the City of New York in various actions in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Proskauer, David served as in house counsel to a leading nutritional supplements retailer, was a research assistant at a U.S. foreign policy think tank and worked for a summer during law school at the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes.
