Professional Biography

David Ingraham is a real estate attorney in the firm’s Boston office. David works with the firm’s real estate attorneys as they negotiate and close commercial real estate transactions in connection with real estate development, property acquisitions and dispositions among others. David handles a broad range of due diligence, research, case analysis, drafting and case management.

David rejoins the firm following his time as a summer associate. His work experience also includes an internship at the United States Department of Transportation’s Office of Regulation. In this position, he reviewed rulemakings and recommended revisions to ensure compliance with the Administrative Procedure Act, DOT policy, and other laws and executive orders. In this broad role, his work also included researching and drafting memoranda on a variety of administrative and constitutional law issues, including the good cause exception, severability, and federal preemption.

Committed to helping underserved communities, David also spent time serving as a Project Fellow for Lawyers Without Borders researching unlawful foreign labor recruitment in Kenya and labor protections in the Gulf States. He was also involved in conducting trial advocacy training in Kenya and Tanzania as part of projects combatting human trafficking, wildlife crime and terrorism. Prior to law school, David was an intake specialist for the New York State Division of Human Rights analyzing employment discrimination complaints and recommending investigative actions.
