Dash Cole focuses his practice in the area of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution and litigation, trademark registration and enforcement, trade secrets, licensing, opinions, and due diligence investigations. In addition to representing clients in infringement suits filed in U.S. district courts, Dash counsels clients with respect to IP licensing and transactions, procuring trademark registrations, enforcement strategies, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Dash received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
