David Bordson-Bozzo is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the New Orleans office. He earned his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2013 and served as a research assistant for a professor of tax law during his second and third years. He graduated from the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School.
