David Beach focuses his practice on employment law. David has experience litigating claims of employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and state and local human rights laws. He also represents companies before the National Labor Relations Board during union organizing and election campaigns and in connection with unfair labor practice charges.
David counsels clients on a range of labor and employment issues, including strategic planning on unionized operations and dealing with trade secret, confidentiality, non-compete and non-solicit matters.
David maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients seeking asylum into the US.
