Daniel's practical approach is informed by his close working relationship with clients. For four years, Daniel served as outside counsel for a nonprofit health system, which provided him with a unique perspective and holistic approach to client matters. In addition to advising on health care regulatory and transactional matters, Daniel frequently worked on issues involving labor, benefits, data privacy and real estate.
Daniel is active in the health care bar and has served on several committees for the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys. He is committed to continual learning and assuring that health care professionals and peers have access to quality programming and resources. Daniel maintains an active pro bono practice, working regularly with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, Lawyers for the Creative Arts and the National Immigrant Justice Center. In law school, Daniel served as articles editor for The Elder Law Journal.
