Daniel L. Blanchard is an associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including pre-litigation claims and litigation, as well as preventive advice, counseling, and investigations. Daniel is passionate about not just being a lawyer and counselor, but a trusted advisor and strategic partner for his wide array of clients.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Daniel worked for a boutique firm in New Jersey where he handled the bulk of the firm’s employment law matters and acted as the firm’s human resources manager. Daniel is also a former assistant district attorney with the Philadelphia DA’s office and served as law clerk to the Honorable Lee A. Solomon of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
While in law school, Daniel served as the president of his first-year class, was an executive board member of the Moot Court Honors Society, an associate editor for the Syracuse Law Review, and a competing member of the Syracuse Trial Team.
Although originally from Philadelphia, Daniel now lives in South Jersey with his wife and three young children. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, cooking, and keeping up with national and international current events.
