Daniel Bucca, Ph.D., is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Washington, D.C., office. He focuses his practice on procuring, enforcing and licensing patent rights and strategic, worldwide patent portfolio counseling with particular emphasis on life science, chemical, pharmaceutical and materials technologies.
