Daniel focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, securities & capital markets work, and venture capital & emerging growth companies.
In 2017, Daniel was a summer associate at a regional law firm in the Washington, DC area. Earlier Daniel was a summer honors law clerk at the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of the General Counsel, and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Wanda Heard in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
