Dale is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, briefs and other legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with discovery. Before joining the firm, Dale clerked for the Honorable Susan R. Bolton, U.S. District Court Judge.
While attending Yale Law School, Dale worked for several years with the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic. She gained valuable experience defending victims of immigrant raids, writing and submitting briefs to the Board of Immigration Appeals, and representing immigration detainees in citizenship and unlawful detention claims. In addition, she conducted discovery, wrote motions, and argued in federal court in a wage and hour dispute.
In 2010, Dale served as a legal intern with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia at The Hague.
