Cristen Hintze is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, with broad experience navigating the evolving landscape of labor and employment law in California and on the federal level. She utilizes this experience to help clients develop and implement creative and pragmatic ways to prevent, litigate and resolve employment-related and other business disputes and issues.
Cristen’s practice focuses on advising and representing employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including wage and hour class and collective actions; discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination claims; and misappropriation of trade secrets and non-competition agreement claims. She also routinely counsels employers on a wide range of employment matters, including personnel policies, practices concerning restrictive covenants, investigations, wage and hour compliance, and leave administration. Cristen also advises corporate clients on employee-related issues arising from business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and business reorganizations.
