Cormac Hughes is an associate in the firm’s Boston office. He is a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group. Cormac regularly advises open end mutual fund, ETF, and closed end fund clients on 1933 Act and 1940 Act issues. Cormac experience working closely with fund boards and investment advisors on regulatory compliance and board governance matters, and preparing filings with the SEC.
