Colin Martell is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on complex business transactions and corporate matters. He advises clients ranging from private companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and their portfolio companies on middle market mergers and acquisitions, early-stage equity financing, corporate restructuring, and general corporate matters across a diverse array of industries. Prior to practicing law, Colin was a legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C.
