Clare Connor Ranalli is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on regulatory and transactional matters with a particular focus on the Certificate of Need (CON) process. Clare also provides advice on fraud and abuse matters, governance, entity formation, medical staff issues, facility licensure and accreditation.
She represents hospitals and physicians regarding a broad range of regulatory issues before the Illinois Departments of Public Health, Healthcare and Family Services, Professional and Financial Regulation, and the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board. Additionally, Clare has experience and interest in public health initiatives and related grants.
