Clara Betancourt is a member of Winstead’s Corporate, Securities/Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Clara serves as counsel to private and public companies in the negotiation, drafting, implementation of and compliance with key agreements in a broad range of transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations, joint ventures, and financing. In addition, she advises clients on issues that arise at all stages of a company’s development, ranging from entity formation and governance to general corporate counsel work.
