Claire Brennan is an associate in Polsinelli’s Commercial Litigation Practice, where she is developing a multifaceted practice focused on complex litigation, health care disputes, and estate administration matters. Claire has also had meaningful trial experience as a young attorney, including acting as second chair in a federal jury trial and first chairing multiple data breach claims across the country.
As an associate, Claire partners with Polsinelli’s seasoned attorneys to achieve first-rate results for clients by developing a holistic approach to each client’s unique business priorities and concerns. Claire believes a collected demeanor cultivates clarity, and by balancing thoroughness and efficiency, she has successfully obtained early dismissal or judgment in favor of the client through dispositive motions and negotiated favorable settlements. Claire is driven and guided by her role as an advocate for the client.
Claire is the co-founder and current co-chair of Polsinelli Chicago’s annual Day of Service to bring attorneys and clients together in support of the community of Chicago. Past efforts have included packing backpacks for children in the DCFS foster program and back to school kits for CPS teachers.
