Claire is a commercial lawyer with extensive experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
She advises clients in both the private and public sectors including government departments, local authorities, global businesses and manufacturers.
Claire trained in London where she specialised in planning and environment, energy and infrastructure projects. She later worked as a senior commercial lawyer in government for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
Claire has experience of advising on procurement law, reviewing and preparing tenders, drafting bespoke terms and conditions and advising on contract evaluation and award.
