Chris concentrates on patent prosecution, particularly domestic and foreign prosecution of mechanical, chemical and biotechnology patents, with an emphasis on life science related technologies. Chris also provides counseling on all aspects of intellectual property, including patent infringement and validity, for clients engaged in a variety of technologies such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical diagnostic equipment, herbicides, polymers, films and coatings, orthopedic medical devices, instrumentation and various chemical processes.
Chris has experience counseling a wide variety of clients including early stage/emerging companies, Fortune 500 companies, and universities and other non-profit entities.
