Christopher Kimura concentrates his practice on a wide range of international trade matters, primarily focusing on antidumping (“AD”) and countervailing duty (“CVD”) proceedings, and trade litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Christopher served as a staff attorney in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement & Compliance. In this role, Christopher served as legal counsel to agency officials advising on laws, regulations, and judicial precedent relating to AD/CVD proceedings. Christopher also reviewed complex decision-making memoranda issued in AD/CVD investigations and other administrative proceedings, contributed to regulatory rulemaking by reviewing public comments and drafting responses, and defended agency actions in litigation before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Court of International Trade.
