He also has experience preparing employment-based permanent resident petitions, including EB‑1 (Extraordinary Ability and Multinational Manager) as well as EB‑2 and EB‑3 Labor Certification-based petitions.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Preston worked for two years at Brown Immigration Law, an immigration firm in Lincoln, Nebraska. During law school, he served on the editorial board of the Nebraska Law Review as the Research Editor and was awarded the 2014 Distinguished Legal Writing Award by the Burton Awards for Legal Achievement in Washington, D.C.
