Christopher Del Giudice focuses his practice on government law and policy. Chris has more than 20 years of legislative and public policy knowledge, with vast experience working with the Governor’s Office, the Legislature, state agencies, the State Comptroller, as well as with New York’s federal government representatives. He represents the interests of clients before the New York State Legislature, the Governor's office, state agencies and the Port Authority.
Chris has wide-ranging knowledge of the complex inner workings of government and the legislative process. Previously, Chris spent 15 years on staff as a policy analyst in the NYS Assembly for three different Assembly Speakers, as well as legislative director for 5 years for former Assembly Majority Leader Joseph D. Morelle. Chris has vast experience in negotiating and analyzing tourism and economic development issues, cultural institutions, racing and gaming, as well as environmental and transportation issues. His experience working with policymakers and staff enables him to assist clients in navigating the legislative and executive branches of New York State government to help clients accomplish their goals.
Chris represents various clients on a wide range of issues ranging from energy, racing and gaming, small businesses and cultural organizations and not-for-profit organization to insurance regulation. He has also represented clients at the National Association of lnsurance Commissioners (NAIC), and the National Conference of lnsurance Legislators (NCOIL).
