Chris is an associate in Dickinson Wright's Toronto office and advises individuals and private and public companies of all sizes. His practice includes a variety of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, commercial agreements, reorganizations, restructurings and corporate governance. Chris articled with the firm prior to becoming an associate.
