Cheryl Camin Murray advises providers, financial institutions and other businesses, on entity formation, structural, contractual and health care regulatory issues.
Cheryl counsels clients on how to structure arrangements and transactions in compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH Act) and Stark Law, as well as on how to comply with state and other federal health care laws and regulations. She regularly handles professional licensure and liability matters as well as physician alignment strategies.
She speaks and trains clients on health care fraud and abuse, corporate governance, technology, HIPAA compliance, and state privacy and security matters. Cheryl has authored and co-authored numerous publications on health law compliance and e-health issues.
