Charletta Eugenia Anderson-Fortson

Professional Biography

Charletta Anderson-Fortson is a 3L student at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA, and an Atlanta, Georgia native. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University. Charlie also received a Master of Business Administration from Clayton State University. For 2015-2016, Charlie was Junior Editor for Law Review, Vice Chair for the Moot Court Board, Research Assistant to Interim Chancellor Pierre (Fall 2015), President of Cyber Law and Security Association, a new student organization, and a member of the Trial Advocacy Board. She completed an externship for the Summer and Fall of 2015 where she was a part of a team that presented oral arguments before the Louisiana Supreme Court. She will intern as a law clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice Brian Jackson of the Middle District Court this summer and graduate December 2016. Her practice areas of interest include civil litigation, international law, and cyber law and security.
