Charlie Niemann is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Charlie started with Foley in 2018 as a summer associate. Before joining Foley and while attending law school, Charlie worked as a law clerk in the civil division of the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office.
Education
Charlie earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2019 and graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Charlie served as a certified student attorney in his law school’s Consumer Protection Clinic and an articles editor for the Minnesota Law Review. He also served as the vice president for his law school’s chapter of the American Constitution Society. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015, graduating with distinction and a triple major in economics, legal studies, and biology. Charlie was also elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
