His securitization experience encompasses a wide variety of asset classes, including automobile loans and leases, student loans, marketplace loans, and residential mortgages. Charlie has worked on many innovative transactions and structures, with sponsors ranging from finance arms of Fortune 500 companies to technology-driven emerging growth companies. Charlie advises clients on the federal laws and regulations affecting asset-backed securities and other structured finance products.
