Charles McGonigal earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was a senior technical editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review and vice president of TaxHelp. In addition, he interned for the Council of Europe and Centre for Law & Democracy.
Prior to law school, Charles created database products for clients including the United States Army, Google and the New York Stock Exchange, providing financial and logistical technology solutions.
