Charles N. Hurley

Professional Biography

Charles N. Hurley is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group focusing on corporate and financial services litigation and regulation.

Prior to joining Cadwalader, Charles served as the in-house counsel for the Arena Football League (AFL), specializing in alternative dispute resolution, labor law, and various corporate and intellectual property areas. Before serving as in-house counsel for the AFL, Charles was a commercial litigator at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Charles earned his JD from Howard University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as the Labor Representative for Howard’s ADR clinic at the World Bank. He graduated from Seton Hall University with a B.A. in Public Relations and is currently in the process of finalizing a degree in Sports Administration & Analytics from Northwestern University.
