Charles C. Bingaman is an independent consultant to CLE organizations, law firms, corporate legal departments and bar associations on professional education management and marketing, in-house training technique and practice marketing.
From 1982 to 2002, Mr. Bingaman was Executive Director of Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education when that organization won awards in publishing, course design, marketing and use of technology in professional education. He is a frequent consultant to and speaker for law firms, bar associations and the Association for Continuing Legal Education.
Mr. Bingaman is a graduate of DePauw University and The University of Chicago Law School, and is based in Walpole, New Hampshire. Mr. Bingaman served as the Reporter for the Critical Issues Summit.
