Carrie is an intellectual property litigator, with a focus on patent enforcement and litigation. She has participated in matters before Federal District Courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the U.S. International Trade Commission. She also has general litigation experience, honing her skills regarding every aspect of a case in the lead up to a trial. Her cases have run the gamut from products liability to false advertising. Carrie also concentrates on food and drug regulatory law, counseling clients whose products are regulated by the FDA and whose businesses are regulated by state statutes.
