As an associate in the Securities and Corporate Finance practice, Caroline is committed to understanding clients’ larger strategic business objectives, as well as delivering timely, pragmatic advice that is tailored to their particular needs. Working closely with seasoned Polsinelli attorneys, Caroline provides clients with comprehensive legal advice designed to minimize liability, maintain flexibility, and advance the client’s objectives.
Prior to joining the firm, Caroline served as a Polsinelli summer associate. She also served as a civil division intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois. While attending Washington University School of Law, Caroline provided legal assistance to entrepreneurs and citizens facing community health concerns as part of Washington University’s clinic programs. Prior to attending law school, Caroline served as U.S. Senate Page for former U.S. Senator Thad Cochran.
