Carmen F. Francella III is an Associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has experience handling a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including government investigations and white collar criminal defense.
Mr. Francella has experience representing clients during investigations and enforcement actions undertaken by the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and various other state and federal agencies. He has also represented companies, executives and other professionals in a broad range of complex civil matters including contractual, employment, and trade secret.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, P.C., Mr. Francella worked as an attorney with a mid-size law firm in Boston, Massachusetts where he garnered extensive experience conducting independent and external investigations related to sexual misconduct, allegations of race discrimination, and allegations of sexual harassment under Title IX. Other past experience includes working as an investigator for the Office of Bar Counsel of the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and an internship with the State Ethics Commission.
During law school, Mr. Francella was recognized as Best Oral Advocate and served as a member of Suffolk University Law School’s National Moot Court Team. He now volunteers as one of the Team’s coaches.
