With an emphasis on commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters, Cary Hall thrives on managing complex litigation. Cary serves as the Litigation Department Business Division Co-Chair as well as the Commercial Litigation Practice Co-Chair. Cary also represents manufacturers in cases involving failure to warn or maintain, design defect, and manufacturing defect claims.
His insurance coverage practice involves counseling and litigation on behalf of corporate policyholders with respect to:
Designing insurance coverage strategies
Conducting policy review
Advising on policy implications resulting from lawsuits and claims
Breach of contract
Bad faith litigation
Cary was elected as a Fellow in the American College of Coverage and Extra Contractual Counsel, an organization which admits less than 1% of the lawyers in the United States. He is also a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC). Additionally, Cary serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors and as Chair of the Phoenix office Recruiting Committee.
