Carin A. O’Donnell is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury and Construction Injury Groups, where she concentrates her practice on wrongful death and catastrophic injury litigation, specifically construction accidents and sexual assault matters. Ms. O’Donnell is a trial attorney who has successfully litigated personal injury matters resulting in multiple verdicts and settlements exceeding millions of dollars (results may vary depending on your particular facts and legal circumstances). Her extensive trial experience has helped her win cases for plaintiffs in counties that typically favor defense verdicts. As a result, her cases have been featured in local papers, radio shows, and legal publications.
Ms. O’Donnell lectures nationally to colleagues on topics regarding trial techniques, personal injury law, and litigation in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
Ms. O’Donnell has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Association of Justice. . Additionally, Ms. O’Donnell is a member of the International Society of Barristers and serves as a board member for the International Society of Barristers Foundation. She has been appointed to the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to serve as a Hearing Committee Member in the District II Disciplinary District. She was selected to the Emerge Pennsylvania Cohort, a professional development program for emerging women leaders. She was also a member of Stark & Stark’s and Pennsylvania Association of Justices’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. And, she was past co-chair of the Pennsylvania Association of Justices’ Women Leaders Section.
Ms. O’Donnell also volunteers her time to assist people in the community. Currently she is a board member of NOVA, the Network of Victims’ Assistance which provides services to victims of crimes including sexual abuse, trafficking and assaults. She is also a board member at Manor College where she assists in the growth and development of the college.
