Camilla Pasino is is an associate at the firm’s Milan office and specializes in intellectual property and IT law.

She provides legal assistance both in and out of court, with particular regard to commercial contracts concerning intangible assets, or relationships between companies and consumers, in the e-commerce sector, as well as with regard to the development and protection of national, European and international rights portfolios and several other legal advisory activities in the IP/IT field.

She has, in particular, gained experience in copyright law; industrial law; advertising law, with specific knowledge in the influencer marketing industry and food law.
