Caitlin focuses her practice on business litigation, government investigations, enforcement actions, and e-discovery. Caitlin also assists casino, iGaming, sports betting, and daily fantasy sports operators to navigate the state, federal, and tribal gaming landscapes.

She has experience responding to inquiries, enforcement actions, and litigation from the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and state attorneys general, departments of financial services, and licensing agencies. 

Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Caitlin was on the litigation team at a leading FinTech company in the cryptocurrency industry.
