Caitlin S. Schroeder is an associate in the Indianapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on attorney ethics and discipline, government litigation, and general contract disputes.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Ms. Schroeder gained legal experience as a law clerk for the Honorable William T. Lawrence. Ms. Schroeder is a 2013 graduate of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy and currently serves on the Leadership Development Academy planning committee.
Ms. Schroeder co-authors a monthly ethics column in the Indiana State Bar Association magazine. She has given presentations on the use and validity of electronic signatures and obtaining discovery of Facebook information. She is also a co-author for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum's continuing legal education materials relating to obtaining discovery of Facebook content.
