Bryan Castro focuses his litigation practice on guiding clients through reconciling disputes in court or through alternative dispute resolution. He has a deep knowledge of the judicial system and civil practice from his time in two court clerkships. Bryan’s goal is to make the litigation process as smooth as possible for his clients.
Representing clients in several industries, Bryan assists clients in virtually all stages of litigation by drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and memoranda, as well as conducting discovery and researching legal questions.
During law school, Bryan gained legal skills as a legal intern with a software development company assisting with reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts.
He also was a judicial extern for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before law school, Bryan was an intern with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.
In addition, Bryan was a student attorney at the Seton Hall School of Law Impact Litigation Clinic, where he helped pro se litigants with appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
