Brian represents branded residential and country club communities and aims to assist the firm’s club and private residential community clients in all aspects of governance and operations.

Brian has more than a decade of experience in the legal field representing country clubs and communities and has handled a wide range of matters ranging from drafting, interpreting, and amending governing documents; negotiating and drafting vendor, management, and lender contracts; preparation, attendance, and guidance of communities with board of directors and membership meetings; and representing condominiums and community associations in all phases of litigation from pre-suit mediation/arbitration through trial and appellate proceedings.
