Brian Zickefoose has varied and extensive experience in labor and employment law.
He has defended employers in both state and federal court and before state and federal agencies against allegations of sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and discrimination claims including age, race, and sex discrimination. He is also experienced in advising employers on compliance with various state and federal statutes including the Older Workers’ Benefit Protection Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and Wage and Hour Law. In addition, Brian has experience assisting clients in pursuing former employees for violations of non-competition agreements and for unfair competition and prosecuting misappropriation of trade secret claims.
