Brian Kluckman is an associate in the Commercial Disputes practice group of the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Mr. Kluckman has over seven years of complex commercial and criminal litigation experience in federal, state, and military courts.
Mr. Kluckman has experience handling all phases of litigation from helping clients draft a response to an initial demand letter through successfully representing clients as lead counsel in contested jury and bench trials, as well as numerous administrative hearings.
