Brian J. Assessor is a registered patent attorney handling patent applications, prosecution, and related matters for solo inventors, start-up companies, and corporate clients in a variety of technological areas. Brian works closely with inventors to develop patent strategies to fit their business goals. Brian files both U.S. and international patent applications in areas including hardware, software, network infrastructures, semiconductors, telecommunications, mechanical devices, and consumer products.
Prior to entering private practice, Brian worked at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent examiner, where he focused on error detection and correction as well as fault detection and recovery.
