Brett A. Castellat represents government contractors on requests for equitable adjustments and in bid protests. He drafts protests before the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) in disputes involving construction and defense contractors. He also focuses his practice on the representation of employers in a variety of industries regarding Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) matters. Brett has also assisted in representation involving regulatory compliance under various regulatory frameworks, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the General Data Protection Regulations.
