Bret practices business transactional law, with an emphasis on advising privately-held companies in capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial real estate transactions. He serves as outside counsel to several companies engaged in the growth and sale of legalized marijuana, restaurants/entertainment, dental service organizations and commercial transportation. In this capacity Bret advises on company management matters, litigation, and general corporate matters.
