Based in BAL’s Houston office, Brendan is the Senior Director of Global Programs, overseeing a team dedicated to creating effective global immigration strategies. He provides strategic insight to partners and managing directors for new global program initiatives and consults with clients and on new product creation and program analysis.

Prior to joining BAL, Brendan led the Madrid, Spain, office of a large international immigration consulting firm before being selected to run their Hong Kong office and later take leadership of their Americas operations. He has directed the transition, implementation, and onboarding of key new clients on a global scale, including direct management of personnel and third-party vendors. Brendan is recognized for his expertise in conceptualizing customized immigration technology solutions that meet his clients’ specific needs and advising IT teams in the execution of those solutions.
